DVD Review - Brooklyn (2016)

Brooklyn is a beautiful story set in the 1950s in Ireland and Brooklyn New York. Following Eilis a young Irish women with big dreams. After moving to the bright lights of New York She has to figure out if home is the Ireland she left behind with her mother and sister or if it’s Brooklyn where she has found a new life, love and dreams.

From the screenplay of Nick Hornby and starring the Oscar nominated Saoirse Ronan ,Brooklyn in my eyes is a masterpiece of cinema. Sadly it did not get the attention of the main stream audience that it completely deserved. However this subtle and beautiful story will charm the pants off every single person that watches it.

Now one of my favourite films this is a must watch.
